My inspiration for this Pizza oven came from a photo I saw of a 14th century french village where daily chores like cooking and washing were shared in a communal area that had an Oven and washing pools for laundry. The oven was manned 24 / 7 and his fee was a piece of the bread that was cooked by each family. Here is a time-lapse of the building of the oven that I saw.
